3. Introduction to the Hoist Electric Control System
This hoist electrical control system uses GE RX3I series of redundancy PLC as the control core. Master and monitor CPU are all CRU320. It adopts double PLC hot redundancy design and Profinet fieldbus ring network communication structure. Loading station control system adopts GEVersaMax as the substation and original imported ABB ACS6000 medium voltage Frequency Converter as the transmission system. The Frequency Converter model is ACS 6107_F06_1s7_1V1_C24_W2. The Frequency Converter and master CPU make the communication through Profibus-Dp. Underground loading station is equipped with Mettler Toledo weighing sensor to complete ore weighing measurement. Hoist electric control system realized the unattended full-automatic operation mode in the whole process of automatic loading of ore, running, acceleration, deceleration, stopping and unloading of ore.
