3.Introduction to the Hoist Electric Control System
This hoist electrical control system uses S7-300 series of PLC as the control core. Master and monitor CPU are all 315-2DP. Loading station control system adopts the S7-300 series of PLC substation and the transmission system adopts ABB original imported ACS800-17 series of four-quadrant Frequency Converter. The model is ACS800-17-0440-07+K454. Active rectifier realized the four-quadrant running of device. The power factor is 1. The Frequency Converter efficiency itself is as high as 98% with direct torque control and Smooth torque. The Frequency Converter and master CPU transmit the data through the Profibus-Dp, simplified the hardware circuit and improved the stability of the system. Underground loading signal system and master control PLC system using optical fiber for communication, improved the communication rate and anti-interference ability. Hoist electric control system realized the unattended full-automatic operation mode in the whole process of automatic loading of ore, running, acceleration, deceleration, stopping and unloading of ore. Date putted into operation of the project is March 2011.
