3. Introduction to the Hoist Electric Control System
This hoist electrical control system uses S7-300 series of PLC as the control core. Master CPU is 314C-2DP and monitor CPU is 313C. The transmission system adopts ABB ACS800 series of Frequency Converter. The model is ACS800-04-0490-3+K454. The Frequency Converter and master CPU transmit the data through the Profibus-Dp, simplified the hardware circuit and improved the stability of the system. Underground middle signal system is equipped with electromagnetic lock and cage locked device, improved the safety factor of system. Hoist electric control system realized the unattended full-automatic operation mode in the whole process of automatic loading of ore, running, acceleration, deceleration, stopping and unloading of ore. Date putted into operation of the project is June 2014.
