Zhaojin mining Dayingezhuang gold mine main shaft is upgraded about electric control system in 2009 by my company responsible for the implementation of the project. The transformation period is set in the Spring Festival holiday to reduce the influence for mine production about the electric control system transformation. Company technical personnel ensure the smooth progress of project, met the requirement of mine side about the time limit for project by working overtime and struggle.
1.Basic parameters of the hoist system
1.1Model of Main Engine: JKMD – 4.5 x 4 (Ⅲ) tower type multi-rope friction hoist
1.2Transmission Way: DC motor with low speed and direct connection;
1.3Hoist Way: let cage and skip as the balance weight each other;
1.4Hoist Height: cage, 711m; skip 752m;
1.5 Hoist Speed: Vmax=10.48m/s;
1.6Acceleration or Deceleration: a1=a2=0.75 m/s2;
1.7 Stop Point Number: eight cage Stop points, three skip Stop points.

3. Introduction to the Hoist Electric Control System
This hoist electrical control system uses S7-300 series of PLC as the control core. Master and monitor CPU are all 317-2DP. Middle signal system adopts Siemens ET200M substation. Loading and unloading station control systems all use the 314-2DP independent CPU. The transmission system adopts two original imported ABB DC governor core to form the 12 pulse mode in parallel. The model of DC governors is DCS800-S02-2600-10. The model of excitation device is DCS800-S01-470-4. Loading station control system uses the independent CPU to form the smart Profibus-Dp substation with master CPU. When communication fails it still can realize automatic chain operation of the loading station by turning to the local work mode, improved the reliability of the system. Hoist electric control system realized the unattended full-automatic operation mode in the whole process of automatic loading of ore, running, acceleration, deceleration, stopping and unloading of ore. Date putted into operation of the project is March 2009.
