The filling stations of FanShan Phosphorite includes two series, everyone is made up by one sand silo, one cement silo and one agitation barrel. Milltailings and cementing materials flow automatically to underground various filling mining areas after mixed well. Pulp-making system uses high-pressure water combined with high-pressure wind to make pulps. According to technological requirements, the system mixes cements with milltailings from 1:4 to 1:7. Designed filling ability: 80m3/h, filling concentration: 65-70%. Internationally advanced instruments are used in this system with stable operation, accurate measurement, automatically adjusting process parameters, guaranteeing stable manufacturing techniques and automatically generating production reports. The system works in a good way after went into operation in 2010.
