The filling stations of FuKai FuLaoZhuang have four sand silos, two cement silos and four agitation barrels. The process technology uses milltailings and cements as filling material, total milltailings--pulp-making--mixing—transportation by gravity or slurry pumps as technological process. The system aims at cemented fillings with unclassified tailings structure fluid in high concentration. Internationally advanced instruments are used in this system with stable operation, accurate measurement, automatically adjusting process parameters, guaranteeing stable manufacturing techniques and automatically generating production reports. The system was checked and accepted officially in September, 2014.
Technical indexes of filling system:
1. Filling concentration of material pulps:68%～70%;
2. Delivery capacity of filling material pulps:80-100 m3/h;
3. Cements vs milltailings: 1:4—1:12(Adjust according to technological requirements) .
