The filling stations of XianRen Bridge Mining Industry Co., Ltd have two sand silos, one cement silo and one agitation barrel. Filling technology adopts totally milltailings cemented filling. Designed filling ability: 60-80m3/h, filling concentration: 60-70%. Pulp-making system makes pulps by three circles high-pressure waterways and mixes cements with milltailings from 1:4 to 1:11. Internationally advanced instruments are used in this system with stable operation, accurate measurement, automatically adjusting process parameters and automatically generating production reports. The project was checked and accepted officially in April, 2014.
