Mineral separation crushing system of XiaDian Gold Mine has a three-section crushing and sieving process with two closed circuits. The production process of grinding and flotation is a kind of mineral technological flowsheet with two closed circuits grinding, differential flotation, roughing and concentrating flotation columns and flotation machines scavenging at a time. The mineral separation automation system designed by our company includes automatic control systems in crushing, grinding, flotation and adding flocculants, thickening and dehydrating and large-size screen system in control center. And the system collects data automatically and integrates automatic systems. It realizes the connection between management system and production business system, improves informationalized level of mine enterprises entirely and provides reliable basis for mineral business planning.
The implementation of this project builds XiaDian Gold Mine as a typical representation in digitalized mines and as an example in civilized producing and safety producing.
