Mineral separation automatic control system of JinGang Mining Industry Co., Ltd, its’ designed scale is 4500t/d, includes mineral process (including crushing and sieving, grinding, flotation, thickening and filtrating, transporting tailings and supplying water for production, etc), industrial closed circuit television system, large-size screen system in supervisory control and network communication system.
The altitude of JinGang Mining is about 4000m above sea level and the lowest temperature is -40℃. The project considers difficulties of high altitude, severe cold environment and difficulties in system maintenance and changing devices. Highly reliable and advanced devices and instruments are considered to use in this project.
The control system is a complete redundancy fault-tolerant system with high-end controllers named 1756-L72 that is belonged to ControlLogix series designed by AB Company. It has reliable safety, faster arithmetic speed and better arithmetic capacity.
This mineral automatic control system has been implemented for nearly two years and all automatic instruments works in a good condition.
