The designed scale of ore treatment plant of TongShan Copper Mining Industry Co., Ltd is 2200t/d. The technological process of the system includes storing and transporting ores, grinding and classification, flotation and separating, thickening and filtrating, transporting tailings, effluent treatment and supplying water for production.
The system is planned and designed according to the principle of high reliability, intellectualization and advancement. It’s particularly managed in strict accordance with construction standard of high quality projects. It’s another landmark project designed by our company in mineral separation complete flow scheme automatic control system.
Compared with other similar projects, this system has features as followed:
The system adapts redundant controllers belonged to S7-400H series designed by Simenes AG and it’s s kind of high-end product in industrial control fields. Two sets of CPUs are hot standby redundancy and switch to each other in milliseconds. So it’s highly reliable for system in hardwares. The softwares for programming and configuring adapt a new generation of process control system named PCS7 designed by Simenes which intelligently integrates WINCC and STEP7. It’s an automatic control system with seamless and full integration and guarantees the continuity and availability of control in production process of mines.
The most instruments adapt internationally famous products designed by ABB or E+H, like vortex flowmeters and Toba flowmeters designed by ABB, electrodes of PH meters and concentration meters of radioactive sources designed by E+H. Meanwhile, there are several instruments independently researched and developed by our company based on practical experiences from many projects these years, for instance, automatic switching control equipment of PH meters, online testing and control system of PH meters and auto-adding balls devices and control system. It’s much available in poor locale environment with high-precision detecting instruments, strong ant-interference performance and efficient and reliable control systems. All these guarantee the accuracy and reliability of locale data collection.
In addition, the project combines production dispatching management system developed according to database, network development of Web 3.0, autosaving data, OPC communication and other related technologies with mineral complete flow scheme automatic control system closely. It statistically analyses data of history and applications with great capacity in data analysis and processing and provides comprehensive production information for management layer and command layer to know. The surveillance video in 24hours of major production areas and important parts of devices are visually displayed on large-size screen to guarantee the safety of people and devices.
