The purpose of this test:On the basis of the original process,try the best to recycle useful minerals in the ore (Cu Pb Zn Au Ag), improve the purity of metal minerals, produce qualified lead concentrate and zinc concentrate, provide the basis for process improvement of the existing concentration plant.

According to the analysis, In the ore contains lead (Pb) 22.64%, copper (Cu) 0.379%, sulphur(S) 17.711%, gold(Au) 2.89×10-6, silver(Ag) 100.462×10-6. Lead (Pb) is mainly distributed in the fine fraction, with the increase of fineness tenor of ore is rising. Below the 0.076mm granulometric class ,the ratio distribution of lead (Pb) is 45.76%. Below the 0.076mm granulometric class ,the ratio distribution of zinc ( Zn ) is 33.2%.

The results of chemical phase analysis shows that, copper and zinc in the ore mainly produced in the form of sulphide, zinc in the form of zinc sulfide is 95.26% of the total, lead in the form of lead sulfide is 74.42% of the total , the ratio occupancy of plumbojarosite is 20.85% , it is observed that the ore is the sulfide ore. The samples contains harmful elements, arsenic content is 0.012%, antimony content is 0.051%, harmful element content is low. Due to the low copper in the test sample, we didn’t carry out the copper lead separation experiment .

According to above analysis, the technological process of flotation to remove cupro-lead with single-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning, to separate zinc in the tailings with single-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning. And the technological process of the rougher concentrate of copper and lead grind again. These two processes in the test is preferred,and have made valuable metal in the ore recycling and have gotten a good separation results. The analysis of data in the experiment displays that lead concentrate contains 67.383% lead, production rate is 32.75%, the recovery rate of lead is 97.08%; zinc concentrate contains 64.606% zinc, production rate is 34.83%, the recovery rate of zinc is 92.78%. Gold and silver are mainly enriched in lead concentrate, a small amount of gold and silver is enriched in zinc concentrate.
