Yinjiang gold ore sulfide mineral content is less, the gold in gold particle, the main gangue mineral is quartz. Mineral composition is simple.
Test by gravity separation and flotation combined process. The grinding fineness is -200 mesh accounted for 65%, with both flotation collector and flotation agent with SK-9011 foaming properties, less dosage of the drug, nontoxic, no pollution to the environment. The closed circuit test, get the final test results: ore grade: 8.012 grams / ton, heavy concentrate grade: 409.69 grams / ton, gold flotation concentrate grade: 53.43 grams / ton, total grade of 211.43 g / T, the total recovery rate of 95.80% gravity flotation.
