MFe and Pyritic Mineral Processing Experiments of Zhongshan Iron Mine,Anhui

The main useful minerals of ZhongShan Iron Mine are magnetite、hemaitie and a little pyritic. Main Gangue minerals are divided into plagioclase、quartz、diopside etc. Iron mineral is the main selected mineral of raw ore,we didn`t find accompanying beneficial elements and harmful elements which can be recycled both.(CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3)=0.088<0.5,it means acid ore.We made conditional and processes experiment based on process mineralogy research,it shows that the grade of shallow raw ore TFe is 23.76% and we use such process as follows raw ore(0~3mm)→wet preconcentration for discarding qualified waste→staged grinding and separation→low-intensity magnetic separation→crude concentration regrinding and recleaning→undersize sieve→oversize product regrinding and recleaning.Finally we gained iron concentration with better index below which the concentration yield rate is 23.77%,the grade of iron mineral is 63.52%,recycle rate of TFe and mFe are 63.65% and 98.65%.

根据充填骨料的物理化学性质,胶结材料选择为安徽产32.5矿渣水泥及山东产42.5普通硅酸盐水泥,进行胶结对比试验,目的验证安徽产32.5矿渣水泥的固结的可行性。

针对钟山铁矿尾砂性质及矿山实际情况,初步设计了尾砂压滤皮带输送(固相浓度80%)和管道自流输送(固相浓度68%)两种回填工艺,并从全尾砂固结胶凝材料的选择、配比和尾矿固结堆存的稳定性等方面进行了研究。主要试验结果如下:

(1)皮带输送(固相浓度80%)试块抗压强度满足28d高于0.3MPa的要求,并且明显高于管道输送(固相浓度68%)试块强度。

(2)80%重量浓度尾砂固结体沉缩率为1.25%,泌水率为5.5%左右;68%重量浓度的尾砂固结料浆泌水率为16%左右,沉缩率为10%。

(3)80%重量浓度的尾砂固结体有较强的抵抗雨水浸泡和侵蚀的能力;68%重量浓度尾砂固结体破坏后浸泡则有轻微的泥化现象。

(4)数值模拟分析表明固结尾砂回填导致的地应力增加在数值上增加较小,对深部地应力的影响不明显,对地下采矿工程的进行影响较小;回填体会对边坡施加侧向压力,并且随着充填高度的增加变形增大,这抑制了边坡滑坡的形成,提高了边坡的稳定性。

综合以上试验数据,68%重量浓度试块强度较低,泌水、沉缩大,受到破坏后遇水有轻微泥化迹象,安全稳定性差;与之相比,80%重量浓度试块强度高,有较强的抵抗雨水浸泡能力,安全稳定性好。

因此,根据钟山铁矿露天坑回填试验要求,从经济性和安全稳定性考虑,推荐全尾砂压滤后固结,皮带输送的回填工艺,胶凝材料采用矿渣32.5水泥,灰砂比为1:25,重量浓度为80%,胶结材料成本为每立方米充填体21元。
