Benxi Steel Group Corporation Hualinggou Iron Mine is located in northwest of Benxi City 30km far away.There will be prepared to use filling stoping and make cost-optimal and most reliable tailings as filling aggregate.We had done some research of total tailings cemented filling in order to keep it going well.Through filling experiment research we can learn more about properties of tailings、cementing property and transmitting property of pipe which can be offered to filling stoping as basis.
After experiment indoor,we gained aggregate gradation data like -200 mesh 59.7%、-400 mesh 28.7%、-800 mesh 15%,we also knew nonuniform coefficient of total tailings 10.38、curvature coefficient 5.52、weighted average grain size 0.078mm.It is poorly graded rough tailings and there is a certain amount of fine silt.
In order to do screening and matching of cemented material experiment targeted we had analyzed chemical composition of tailings before experiment.Results are below:
