Gold refining plant design scale: gold refining 50t/a, silver refining 100t/a.
The design of gold loaded carbon use the most advanced high temperature and pressure without cyanide desorption electrowinning technology for processing, which has many advantage such as low cost, process indicators of stability, a high degree of automation, easy operation and management etc.
Electrowinning gold clay refining design uses proprietary chlorination technology to purify. The purification steps are pre leaching, Gold chloride dissolved, the first restore operation, the second restore. Chlorination gold refining technology has been successfully applied to large-scale industrial production for many years, its production processes and products have achieved international recognition. The technical indicators of chlorination gold refining recoveries is 99.5 to 99.95 percent.
Crude Gold purification first uses sophisticated high-pressure water atomization means to make crude gold into powder 5 ~ 20μm or less, and then use the chloride method for refining and purification.
The design of purification of the crude silver is to use high current density electrolytic refining technology. This technology is a proven, high-tech electrolytic separation and purification technology, which has many advertisements such as high electrolysis efficiency, high product purity, shorter production cycles, and high recovery rate.
Currently the project has completed construction design, site flat field work has been completed, the preparatory work is being implemented, it is expected to put into operation in late 2015.
