Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group Co.,LTD. is the state-owned company approved by the people's Government of Shandong province. It’s predecessor of Linyi Mining Bureau under the State Ministry of coal. Huibaoling iron mine is a wholly owned subsidiary of them. The mine started construction in July 2008, the original construction scale is 3000000 t/a, which will up to 5000000 t/a after capacity expansion revamping.
According to different conditions of mining technology, we selected three mining method that were super drift stoping with backfilling method, and sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling method and medium-length hole of open stoping with subsequent backfilling method.
It used both shafts and ramps in exploiting system. The net diameter of main shaft is 5.3m, depth is 697m, with JKM4.5 * 4 (III) tower type multi rope friction hoist, using 15m3 Double Skip reciprocal counter weight lifting mode. Underground ventilation system used air intake and auxiliary shaft to downcast air and used east and west ventilating shafts to return air.
The crushing system used three stages crushing with single closed circuit stage to crushing and screening. 12-6mm, 60-12mm medium grain grade used dry separation method and 0-6mm fine-grained used wet separation.
Grinding and selecting system used stage grinding and stage selecting process. Ore grinding using two stages of closed circuit grinding, the first stage used 1 MQY5585 ball mill, the second stage used 1 MQY3660 ball mill and 1 MQY3245 ball mill. Most of the tailings are used in the underground filling, and the residual tailings are transported to the tailings reservoir.
