Chengde Jingcheng Mining Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale local private enterprise with total assets of 3 billion yuan and an annual processing capacity of 32 million tons of ore. 10,000 tons of production and processing capacity. Kuancheng Baoshan Mining Co., Ltd. is its wholly-owned subsidiary. The Baoshan Concentrator was designed in 2011 with a design scale of 12 million t/a. The crushing and screening in the concentrator adopts a three-stage one-closed-circuit process. Two φ1200 gyratory crushers are selected for coarse crushing, five Sandvik CH870 cone crushers are selected for medium and fine crushing, and ten LF3060D linear vibrating screens are selected for screening. The grinding system is divided into three series, which adopts the pre-grinding pre-selection process and the stage-grinding stage-separation process. Wet pre-selection is performed before the grinding. The grinding system adopts two-stage closed-circuit grinding. A total of 6 MQY3660 overflow ball mills are selected. The sorting system adopts a two-stage permanent magnet drum magnetic separation + elutriation machine selection + tailings recovery machine sweeping process. The tailings are concentrated and conveyed, and the tailings are concentrated by a two-stage concentration process of cyclone + thickener. The tailings pond is located in Songshugou, Dongdadi Township, Kuancheng County. The tailings pond is a valley-type tailings pond, with a designed total storage capacity of 124.47 million m3 and a total dam height of 115m.
