Baofeng mining belongs to chengde tianbao mining group, which locates in Liangjiatai village, Kuancheng country, Chengde of Hebei province, the concentrating mill processes 13 million tons of iron ore one year.
This project started in October 2010, and put into production in May 2012. The design adopts the technological process of “three stage crushing with single closed circuit stage, dry preselection, stage grind and stage separation , tailings concentration”. Crushing plant and grinding plant arrange discretely, crushing plant is next to the west of mining area and grinding plant is next to the southeast of tailings, the connection between the plants through the belt conveyor. Grinding plant has a large ore heap, which has a volume of 57000 cubic meters and guarantees the continuity of production. Dressing mill is equipped with HP500, Φ4000×6000, Φ4000×6700 and a large number of efficient large-scale equipments, which guarantee the running rate and reduce production costs.
(1)Crushing system has a compact configuration, which uses the design of single ore breaking system-double series back-to-back parallel job;
(2)Crushing ore next to the stope, concentrating mill next to tailings pond, crushing and grinding separately, connection with Conveyor belt, all these measures reduce ore transportation costs;
(3)The design uses steel structure large ore heap, which guarantee the continuous work of concentrating mill;
(4)Classifying equipment of ore grinding uses vibrating screen, which make Classification efficiency greatly improve and stable operation;
(5)The laying of mineral processing line use underground tunnel, which make the configuration more reasonable;
(6)Using hydrocyclone and thickener technology dewater the tailings, hydrocyclone to mine adopt self pressure supply, which make use of the elevation difference, reduce the cost;
(7) Tailings pump cascade multilevel and the conveying system overcomes the "big particles, long distance, large flow" and other technical problems, the use effect is good;
(8)The lattice workshop largely saves steel usage and reduces the infrastructure investment, which offers a better technology choice for design of the workshop of the concentrating mill.
Due to the reasonable design and advanced indicator, a large number of technology at home and abroad colleagues to visit and inspect after the project put into production.
