Longqiao iron mine belongs to the Anhui province LuJiang Longqiao mining co., LTD., the company which is a joint-stock private enterprise, now has total assets of 1.017 billion yuan. The first and second phases of mining and processing projects are designed by Gocom Engineering Design Co.,Ltd, the first phase of the design scale is 1 million t/a, the second is 3 million t/a.
According to different mining technical conditions, the design respectively chose sublevel open stopping with subsequent backfilling, sublevel drilling open stopping in stage with subsequent filling process, room-and-pillar and subsequent filling method. Development system adopts the shaft and ramp joint development mode, main shaft net 4.8m diameter, depth of 796m, with 18m3 hopper skip and balance weight ascension way of balancing each other, chose JKM - 4×6 (Ⅲ) E tower multi rope friction hoist. Mine ventilation system chose double wings diagonal multi-stage fan station ventilation system by intaking wind from shaft and auxiliary shaft, and returning wind in east and west return air shaft.
The process of the broken ore system consists of three sections of one close-circuit crushing screening and dry separation process. It chooses metso HP500 cone crusher to broken, and screens with Jeff TL3060 linear sieve. The grinding and selecting system is stage grinding process and the grinding system choose two section of closed-circuit grinding, ball mill choose MQY3660 and MQY3245 type ball mil, using first magnetic then float to choose, separating with three sections of wet magnetic, magnetic separation tailings chooses the maglev joint sorting process: mixed flotation, flotation coarse then separating the copper and sulfur.
Concentrator tailings recycle comprehensively by filling tailings and brick with tailing, existing tailings would be closed reclamation. It would do effective comprehensive utilization of resources, so that it is truly to realize none tailed green mine.
Longqiao iron mine, since put into production, has achieved significant performance in the production and business operation, and has won: "861" plan of action in Anhui province, provincial key project construction advanced unit, provincial 10 mining brand and so on the title, and has been awarded "advanced enterprise" by the Chaohu municipal party committee and municipal government, has been rated as "excellent environmental protection enterprise" by the Anhui province environmental protection association, and has been rated as “provincial top ten private enterprises” by five departments such as Chambers of commerce and industry in Anhui province. Because the performance was outstanding in mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization, it was awarded the special title of "outstanding mining enterprises" in mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization by the ministry of land and resources of the People's Republic of China in April 2012.
