On June 30, 2017, Yunnan Gold Group Hongniu Mining Co., Ltd. Hongniu Copper Mine 4000t/d concentrator was successfully commissioned for the overall design and automated EPC general contract by our unit, and the supporting tailings pond was put into use at the same time.

Hongniu Concentrator is located in the northeast of Shangri-La, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with an altitude of 4000m-4200m. Our company undertakes the development and utilization plan, feasibility study, preliminary design and construction drawing design of the project. In the design, a simple, reasonable, effective, energy-saving and environmentally friendly process is adopted, which can not only ensure that the quality of the copper concentrate meets the metallurgical requirements, but also ensure the recovery rate of the associated silver in the ore. The beneficiation process and supporting equipment have reached the domestic advanced level, and well embodies the design concept of land saving, energy saving and environmental friendliness.

Red Bull Concentrator Automation EPC general contract is designed and implemented by our unit relying on strong design resources and many years of automation engineering experience. The DCS system cooperates with the video monitoring system to coordinate the scheduling and production guidance of the entire production process, and improve the grinding capacity and flotation. Effectiveness, reduce equipment maintenance costs and various consumption costs, and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency; optimizing the number of workers on posts and job responsibilities, reducing labor intensity, improving workers’ working environment, and thus reducing workers’ The probability of diseases caused by the plateau environment; In line with the concept of "people-oriented, harmonious development between man and nature", we will build a digital, intelligent and green modern mine.

After the project is put into production, the average annual sales revenue will reach 583 million yuan, and the total annual profit will be 185 million yuan, which can create considerable economic benefits for enterprises and effectively promote local employment and economic development.

The Red Bull Concentrator started the single-machine test run of the concentrator in February 2017, and started the test run on June 30. During the test run, the equipment was running normally. Under the condition of the raw ore grade of 0.79%, copper concentrate with a grade of 20.44% was obtained, and tailings were obtained. The grade is 0.03%, the process index is good, and it has been generally recognized by the owners.

The Red Bull Concentrator is located in a high-altitude mountainous area. In the hypoxic and alpine environment, physical and mental strength and fatigue are prone to decline. The designers and automation project personnel of our unit overcame various difficulties, stayed at the site for a long time, and worked overtime to carry out process debugging and automatic debugging, which provided a favorable guarantee for the smooth commissioning of the project. The success of this commissioning test is a great affirmation of our company's design capabilities and automation implementation capabilities, marking that our unit has taken another solid step in the field of plateau mine design and automation.
