In the afternoon, Xu Gengju, general manager of the automation company, showed the new employees the style of Jinjian Automation Company on the development strategic planning, industry prospects, enterprise development goals, planning implementation and control.The leaders of the Personnel Administration Department, the Finance Department, and the Marketing and Development Department introduced the work of this department one by one, allowing new employees to gain an in-depth understanding of the division of labor and workflow of the company's functional departments.The 14-day training ended in a tense and joyful atmosphere, and the new employees were full of gains from a day of dry goods.        On the 15th, colleagues from the Finance Department, the Personnel Administration Department and other departments introduced financial management, production safety, IT management system, employee code of conduct, employee dining, dormitory management, and human resource management, so that new employees have a deeper understanding of the company's daily life.The next talent show for new employees brought the training to a climax.
