On February 6, 2021, Jinjian Company held the 2020 annual work summary and commendation conference. In accordance with the relevant policies of government departments for epidemic prevention and control, the company adopted online video conferences, restrictions on the number of people and other epidemic prevention and control measures, which made the conference held smoothly and ended successfully.

The main venue of this commendation conference is located in the training center on the second floor. Sub-meeting venues are set up in the meeting rooms on each floor of the company. Through a video connection, every employee of the company can participate in and watch the work report and awards at the main venue.      

At the beginning of the meeting, all the staff stood up and sang "The Song of Jinjian". The host read out a message from Chairman Xie Shuqian. Due to the epidemic, Mr. Xie could not be present at the scene, but the members of the company were concerned about everything. Mr. Xie affirmed the hard work of his colleagues in 2020, and also hoped that in the new year, all Jinjian people will continue to firmly believe in it. Under the leadership of the company's leadership team headed by General Manager Ma Jixiang, they will work tenaciously, be down-to-earth, and make unremitting efforts for a common dream.    

After the congratulatory speech was read out, Xu Gengju, General manager of automation, and Xuan Zupu, president of the Design Institute, respectively reported on the annual operation and management of the department. Although 2020 will be affected by the epidemic and other domestic and foreign environmental impacts, with the unremitting efforts of all colleagues in the company, the work of various departments has been carried out smoothly, and the completion of the company's indicators is optimistic.Next, outstanding employee representatives Nie Chengxiao, Huang Wenkui, and Hao Liangying made speeches, and finally Ma Jixiang, general manager of the company, made an important speech.Mr. Ma reported on the business situation and company management this year, and deployed the business indicators and work plans for next year.Mr. Ma pointed out that the company will formulate a five-year plan to clarify its development direction; continue to promote the company's corporate culture and team building, and improve the working environment; focus on employee growth, optimize organizational structure, and sort out systems and processes; adapt to the needs of the times and expand new businesses.Finally, Mr. Ma emphasized that every employee of the company should cherish the opportunities provided to us by this era, cherish the driving force for the vigorous development of this industry, and cherish the foundation and platform provided by our company the year before. Next, the company's leaders presented awards to the outstanding team of the month in January 2021, the plateau long-term business travelers, the outstanding employees, and the advanced team of the year. Representatives of various departments received the New Year mascot, and the meeting ended perfectly.
